Serve as primary contact for residents, family members and guests calling and visiting the community; promptly and courteously respond to and direct all inquiries to the proper team member; provide administrative support to the Business Office Director and other team members as directed for tasks related to daily operations.
|Education:||High School diploma or equivalent.|
|Experience:||Minimum 1 year experience working in assisted living community or similar environment; ability to manage a diverse work load; multi-line phone system; MS office Suite; proven ability to multi-task; strong verbal and written communication skills.|
|Licensing/Certification:||Obtain basic First Aid and CPR within 60 days from date of hire. Obtain Dementia Certification within 60 days from date of hire.|
