Social, Physical, Intellectual, and Nutritional wellness.
It is our mission to make every moment matter. That means caring for the Social, Physical, Intellectual, and Nutritional wellness of each resident. Our SPIN program couples scientific research in each area with a daily routine. Social engagement with family and friends is proven to aid in maintaining health and improving happiness. CERTUS incorporates short bursts of exercise in every day to promote physical wellness and benefit cognitive health. Discussion groups, art classes, and other intellectual activities keep residents curious and eager to learn. We proudly follow a MIND Diet, known to support brain health. Learn more

Programming that promotes success.
CERTUS developed a process for discovering each residents' journey. We use each life story as a foundation to build meaningful daily interactions. By understanding their journey and passions, we can unlock their Meaning and Purpose, leading to Success (MAPS, Meaning + Purpose = Success). CERTUS Institute
Memory care education and so much more.
CERTUS Institute offers nationally approved training to associates, family members, and community partners. All associates participate in 40 hours of memory care specific training. We also partner with industry leaders and researchers, community organizations, and various associations to help further education related to Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. Learn more
