Certus Orange city is the best place i could recommend the staff is very attentive and well trained. Everyday i come to visit and they’re so welcoming you can tell they care a lot about their residents and staff. Brittany has been a wonderful help answering all my questions and concerns.

Certus Orange city is the best place for my mom, brittany has been wonderful torwards my questions about everything have been amazing torwards her extended care.

My mom has recently moved here. I was in town for a week and just hung out with her. I was welcomed every day. She’s had visits from dogs, cooking class, games… She’s happily busy here and she sleeps well at night. The staff are so nice and they are well staffed. Fun music is always playing and everyone is smiling. We’re grateful we found a great place for her.

To give this place less than five stars is a shame. The residents here get nutritious, food and care. The care they receive here is outstanding. The place is immaculately clean and the environment is very family oriented. I would definitely trust my loved one at Certus Primary Memory Care. The staff here is professional and loving and creating such a great and loving environment would not be possible without them.

Certus has treated my father Ron so well, with dignity and respect. Going through dementia as a family, watching the decline is very difficult. But every time I visit him, I am greeted with smiles from the staff and I see how much they care for my dad. Great place, and clean. They are a true memory care facility. Not just a place that locks the door.

Mom has been a resident here since January and we have been extremely happy with her care. The staff is attentive and informative as to how things have been going. I visited today and was pleasantly greeted by Michelle at the front desk. And although ALL the staff is great and I appreciate everyone, I want to give a special shout out to Mariana for her kind care and William for always showing concern. Keep it up everyone.

Certus is changing the way memory care is done, leading the way in Florida and across the nation. Our affiliate, the Certus Institute (CI), offers nationally approved training to associates, family members, and community partners. As a standard, we require all of our staff to complete dementia certification and training to validate their skills and understanding of dementia.

In concert with the Certus Institute, our communities partner with like-minded organizations to enhance our services and ensure that we’re in touch with the most up to date research and findings. Some of our organization partners include the National Institute for Dementia Education (NIDE), Lynchburg College’s Beard Center on Aging, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center, and The Byrd Alzheimer’s institute.
